I have dealt with several peptide suppliers and this is the only one that actually follows through with their promise. Fast shipping, very reasonable prices (often give good discounts with lots of notice) and for a small company, they have outstanding customer service and you will get answers quickly (and if there is a delay you will get an apology AND get your answer). My first interaction with the company there was an issue with their online payment system, it had a glitch and so I just figured okay, this isn’t working and I will move on. Within minutes I got a text from the President/CEO on a Sunday evening, apologizing for the glitch and offering a way to resolve it. Ordinarily I’d have said Nevermind, but that professional and personal approach convinced me to get the deal done and I am very glad I did because the product was shipped quickly, arrived in excellent condition and I’ve ordered more product since. When we consider what it is we are ordering and what it is potentially used for, it is important to be sure the product IS what it reports to be. I have great confidence in this company and from here on in, they will be my only source.
