My order was delayed and seemed lost in mail. I called and they promptly sent out a replacement order. Very nice and helpful. It’s a bonus when you can order from a company that actually has phone number you can call and get immediate attention. Haven’t started using product yet, so can’t comment on that, but give it a month and I will.
