My product arrived undamaged as far as I can tell. I have not had an opportunity to try it nor test it. I had concerns about the handling by the shipping company known for mishandling products. I was assured that the packaging was labeled properly and if anything was wrong with it, the product would be replaced. So far, so good… I appreciate the customer service experience.
