Super responsive on their chat, easy to get updates on when they anticipate new shipments as they sell out of things quickly at times. Lots of great research products to choose from at good prices especially on their bundles. Ease of ordering is good but sometimes issues with the cart loading and deleting things, website loads a little slow but overall the experience has been great and the tracking and shipping is quick as well.
