The peptides (several) were shipped loose in a lightly padded envelope. The powder in the most of the bottles was dusted all over the glass vials which make me question if the peptides were damaged. Other companies I've ordered from placed the vials in a small padded box which probably would have avoided this problem. The product labels on the vials were also very unprofessional looking..
