I ordered on Sunday, and had my shipment by Thursday via USPS. I am not a fan of USPS, but they came through on time for once. The vials hydrated well. The customer support was top notch. They responded promptly to my e-mails. The order came with a syringe for rehydration, and alcohol swabs.
