I've ordered 3 times now and the first two times everything was delivered quickly with no Issues. The third time things took a bit longer, 13 days to be exact and all my communications with Klarissa were excellent and extremely fast response no matter what time I emailed. You can't blame a company for the usps. If anything was wrong they were going to fix it but everything arrived perfect. I wasn't in a rush so the extra time wasn't an issue. Customer service is top notch
