Purchased Retatrutide 10mg x 1 (first order) then 30mg x 3 (second order). No effect at all. Second batch I made the reconstitution strong. Each 10 units = 3mg. No effect at all. I suspect the product is bad or false. Shipping was fast as others have stated, so that is a good. Packaging and handling was poor. Perhaps the peptides were damaged in transit. My research states the peptides should be shipped then reconstituted with care.
