Great customer service and helpful! Very polite but some lack patience when you ask questions. Last week I spoke to a customer rep and the gentlemen sounded agitated me asking the discount codes when I go on to purchase my items. We as customers shouldn't feel bad asking questions but feel we can even if we ask the same thing over and over that is why I'm coming back all the time to purchase because of that help but again Great products.
