This was my second and last order from certified peptides. I am researching different peptides. My first order was ok, the packing was ok it did take a little longer than expected and was carelessly delivery by FedEx. This second order was horrible and delivered very carelessly by the FedEx certified peptides used. I did pay for shipping on this order. The FedEx delivery person threw the yellow envelope onto my concrete porch instead of stepping up the 3 stairs to put it in the secured location on my porch and as I got the notification from my camera I had a delivery we had very extreme wind and rain and when I got home the envelope was gone, I was able to review my security cameras and luckily found the wet dirty road rashed envelope several houses down against a fence.. I live near a very busy skate park and glad a child didn't get the package! I am not comfortable using this due to how it was delivered and found. Update** 12-17-2025 I don't feel certified peptides had control over how FedEx employees mishandle and carelessly handle fragile packages. The company owner reached out to me about the horrible FedEx delivery. He listen to my concerns and made things right and hopefully fix how the precious peptides get to loyal customers. Thank you for hearing me and fixing the problem.. as in my first review customer service is spot on. I won't hesitate to keep buying my peptides again..
