The guy that runs the company is very RUDE and has a bad temper. I understand that running a business can be challenging at times but to act like that and fly off the handle is for one very unstable, and also shows a lack of understanding for your customers. I stopped ordering from him after several orders when I had one that was lost in the mail and I just simply asked about it and he flew off the handle and freaked out. Like I was not suppose to ask or something. I never had a problem with the product just the man that runs it.
